Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 4th of June 2025.

At thebubbledesign, your satisfaction matters to us. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. As such, we follow their return and refund guidelines. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong product, we’re happy to fix the issue. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • A clear photo showing the problem (e.g., damage, misprint, wrong item)

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we will issue a free replacement or refund, based on your preference.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to sizing charts before ordering)

  • Minor color variations from screen to print

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost during shipping and your shipping address was entered correctly, we will replace it at no cost. Claims must be made within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it enters production quickly. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout. Please double-check your order before placing it.
